Hey, I’m Katelyn — a social media and creative strategist for global entertainment and tech companies like Hulu, Apple TV+, YouTube, NBCUniversal, Warner Bros., and SHOWTIME.

It all started in middle school when I fell in love with youth internet culture on Xanga and Tumblr. Twenty-ish years later, I mix those internet instincts with platform analytics and cultural trends to create cool strategic content that helps audiences fall in love with brands.

Between live Tweeting “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” for E!, creating the Instagram strategy for “The Snoopy Show” on Apple TV+, writing a mini YouTube series at Hulu, and helping launch a TV network from my couch during Covid, I’ve had the best time working on a lot of fun projects with nice and inspiring people.

After my time at NBCUniversal, I went freelance and founded the social media firm Polk Street Social where I help teams launch brands online, understand best social media practices, and strategize campaigns. Whether it’s for NFT/Web3 communities or agencies needing an available hand, helping teams kill it on social is a lot of fun to me.

Currently, I am the Freelance Global Senior Copywriter for IHG Hotels & Resorts. I know a lot about luxury hotels in Bali.
